FAQ’s

Below, we have compiled some of the most common questions we get asked. If you can’t find the answer to your question here, don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

How does an individual receive services through Camelot Society?
In order to receive services through Camelot Society, you must contact your DDA Case Manager and have them assist you with the referral to our agency. Your DDA Case Manager will then contact us.

Where is the main office located?
6912 220th St SW, Suite #301
Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043
Phone: (425) 771-2108
Fax: (425) 771-2126

What geographical region do you serve?
There are no restrictions based on geographical regions. We receive referrals from the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) from all over Washington, however all of our houses are currently located in north King County and south Snohomish County.

What is the age range of the individuals supported by Camelot Society?
We serve a wide variety of age groups; our only requirement is that the individual be at least 18 years of age for Supported Living and for the Group Training Homes.

What is the initial intake process after a referral has been made by DDA to Camelot Society?
Group Training Home and Supported Living: After an individual has been referred to us by DDA and the packet has been reviewed, a site visit generally takes place. After a site visit occurs, we decide whether the referral would be a good fit for the home. If we feel that we can meet the needs of the individual and feel they would be a good addition to the home, then the team (which consists of the current placement, the family, DDA and Camelot) coordinates the intake process.
