Frequently Asked Questions
How does an individual receive services through Camelot Society?
In order to receive services through Camelot Society, you must contact your DDA Case Manager and have them assist you with the referral to our agency. Your DDA Case Manager will then contact us.
What is the initial intake process after a referral has been made by DDA to Camelot Society?
Group Training Home and Supported Living: After an individual has been referred to us by DDA and the packet has been reviewed, a site visit generally takes place. After a site visit occurs, we decide whether the referral would be a good fit for the home. If we feel that we can meet the needs of the individual and feel they would be a good addition to the home, then the team (which consists of the current placement, the family, DDA and Camelot) coordinates the intake process.
